As a CRM Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to uncover valuable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to identify trends, measure performance, and develop actionable strategies to drive sales growth and improve overall business outcomes.

- Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data sets to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Basic PC Troubleshooting
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modelling to support sales forecasting and demand planning.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality, identifying and resolving any inconsistencies or anomalies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis.
- Manage and maintain our Salesforce platform, including user management, data management, and customization of fields, objects, and flows
- Work with business stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to our Salesforce platform, including automation of business processes using approval processes and flows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in an IT or sales environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and experience with statistical tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and experience working with large datasets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
